Sevilla is a privately owned, four bedroom, two storey villa with three and a half bathrooms located in the Sandy Ridge development in Polk County, Florida. It is just off the I-4 and is close to Champion's Gate.
It’s easy to reach the major theme parks being just 13 minutes away from Disney, 20 minutes from Seaworld and 26 minutes from Universal Studios.
The villa itself is situated on a conservation plot with views out to woodland at the rear.
Sevilla also features a beautiful pool with a spa, heated upon payment of a contribution towards the additional energy costs. Patio furniture is provided to help you relax and enjoy the sunshine.
As per Florida regulations, there is a (removable) pool safety fence to prevent access to the pool for small children, but this is not shown in the photos. It will be in place at the start of the rental, but can be removed as you wish.
